Refund and Returns Policy for BD ZONE

Thank you for choosing to purchase products and services from BD ZONE. Before making any purchases on our platform, please carefully review the following Refund and Returns Policy. By using BD ZONE and making any payments, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.
- Payments Are Final and Non-Refundable
All payments made for virtual items, ranks, or any other goods or services on BD ZONE are considered final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or returns for any virtual items or services purchased. By making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this policy.
- Bans and Refunds
If your account on BD ZONE is banned for violating our rules and terms of service, you will not be entitled to any refund, even if you have made purchases. Bans are administered at the full discretion of the platform administrators, and our rules and policies may be amended or updated at any time without prior notice.
- Availability and Forfeiture of Virtual Items
There is no guarantee that you will have continuous access to BD ZONE at all times. In the event that our services are no longer operational, all virtual items, including but not limited to in-game items, ranks, and privileges, become forfeited and have no real-world value.
- Crediting Purchases
After making a purchase of virtual items or ranks on BD ZONE, it may take some time for the items or privileges to be credited to your account. If you have not received your purchased items or ranks after the expected time period, please follow these steps:
- Open a support ticket through our designated support channels.
- Provide proof of your purchase, including transaction details, order number, and any relevant screenshots or documentation.
- Our support team will investigate the issue and work to resolve it as promptly as possible.
Please note that any refund requests based on delayed crediting will be handled in accordance with the terms outlined in section 1 of this policy.
- Transfer of Ranks and Account Responsibility
a. BD ZONE does not facilitate the transfer of ranks or items between player accounts. Should you wish to transfer your rank or items to another player, it is your responsibility to arrange the transfer directly by providing your account information to the recipient. We explicitly disclaim any responsibility for any loss of accounts, items, or consequences resulting from such transfers.
b. We do not undertake any responsibility for the security or safety of your account in the event that you choose to share your account details for rank or item transfers. Any loss or compromise of your account due to sharing your credentials for transfer purposes is not covered under our refund or responsibility clauses.
c. Please note that any attempt to downgrade your purchased rank in exchange for a refund will not be entertained or honored. Refunds are strictly governed by the terms mentioned in section 1 of this policy and will not result in a reduction of your acquired rank or privileges.
By using BD ZONE and making payments, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this Refund and Returns Policy. We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time, so it is your responsibility to check for any changes periodically.
